Lauren found her home at Joli in January 2013 after attending the Cinta Aveda Institute in San Francisco and working at an Aveda Experience Center for two years. Starting as a Guest Services Associate at Joli, she has since taken initiative to become a certified customer service expert through the DiJulius Group, attended multiple week-long business advancement classes and is our resident Aveda expert. Lauren is now our guest services manager, which means her main focus is to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors has an extraordinarily wonderful experience. She also trains all new employees on the Aveda mission and rituals. In her free time, Lauren loves to craft and spend time with her fiancé, friends and two cats.
