Established in 2010 as the Joli you now know and love, our goal is to consistently provide an excellent experience for every guest, every time while creating a positive team culture behind the scenes.

We strive to uphold the values of Aveda, using high-performing, plant-based products,  and giving back to society.

We believe learning never ends.  Therefore, we vow to continually educate ourselves in order to offer our guests the newest trends and best possible service.  We will educate our guests on proper home care so they can feel confident everyday of the year!

We will surround ourselves with positivity as individuals and as a team.  Always moving forward as a team and leaning on each other for support.  We believe that in order for us to provide the best care for our guests that we must first care for ourselves and each other.
