The past month has been exciting one! First, we were recognized as a top salon by one of our industry’s leading publications, Salon Today, as a Salon Today 200 Honoree. These awards celebrate the best and the brightest 200 salons nationwide. This year, we were honored with awards in Customer Service, Compensation and Benefits, Retail and Merchandising and Inventory Management.
While this is the fourth year we’ve been honored by Salon Today 200 for our excellence, we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of our team members and guests. So thank you for pushing us to be the best salon in Lexington, Kentucky.

Other exciting news: we’re continuing our education so we can provide even better customer care for you, our guests. While Kentucky was in the midst of treacherously snowy weather last week, four Joli ladies were on their way to New Orleans for a little fun and some Serious Business. Serious Business is an annual conference for beauty industry professionals and leaders to learn about business strategies and reach their full potential. Our team took classes about leadership, front desk strategies, retail, nutrition and wellness and personal growth so we can best salon in Lexington because our guests deserve the best.
